The role
As a maintenance planner, you are at the heart of production. Your work ensures that projects are ready for assembly, production schedules are realistic and efficient, and Lean principles are applied throughout. This is a diverse role where planning, documentation, technical review, and continuous improvement come together.
You will:

Transform technical documentation into clear, production-ready work instructions

Review and validate mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications

Develop, maintain, and monitor production and maintenance schedules

Apply Lean methods such as 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement to optimize workflows

Serve as the key link between operations, project management, and production

Collaborate with an international team to ensure smooth coordination and communication
Your profile

MBO / bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or mechatronics

Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role in machine building or high-tech production

Solid understanding of Lean principles and production planning tools

Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings

Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus

Hands-on, structured, detail-oriented, and proactive

Salary up to €4,200 gross per month, depending on experience
