Maintenance Technician – Automated Logistics Systems | 5-Shift Rotation | Bonus and 13^th month

For a globally operating company in the intralogistics sector, we're looking for a Maintenance & Service Technician to join a team that keeps one of the largest and most modern e-commerce distribution centers in Europe running smoothly.

What will you do?

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyor belts, lifts, shuttles, and sorting systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults
• Contribute to process improvements and equipment optimization
• Work in a 5-shift rotation, collaborating with a dedicated technical team

What do you bring?

• A completed Technical education in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering or something similar.
• Some hands-on experience in an industrial or technical maintenance role
• Good command of the English language
• Willingness to work in shifts and a proactive mindset when it comes to solving breakdowns

What’s in it for you?

• A base salary between €3,100 and €4,000 gross per month (excluding allowances)
• 30% shift allowance, increasing your salary up to €4,900 gross per month
• A performance-based bonus ranging from €1500 - €2000, depending on company results.
• A 13^th-month salary paid out in April.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (up to 50 km one way)
