We are looking for a Service Engineer with a strong interest in HVAC, climate control, and refrigeration systems, to join a company that specialises in process cooling, heating, and cold storage solutions. This organisation not only installs and maintains equipment, but also rents high-performance machinery to industrial manufacturers across various sectors. Their expertise ranges from luchtbehandelingskasten and chillers to fully equipped cold and freezer room installations.
Your role
As a Cooling & HVAC Service Engineer, you will play a key role in:
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting large-scale refrigeration and climate control systems
- Supporting the delivery and setup of rented cooling and freezing systems
- Ensuring all technical systems run efficiently and meet client expectations
- Working independently or as part of a team, depending on your experience level
You’ll be supported by a hands-on team leader with a people-first mindset—someone who understands the practical side of the job and is always ready to think along with the technicians.

Your profile
- MBO diploma in HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or Installation Technology
- Practical experience in industrial refrigeration or HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mindset
- A valid driver’s license (B)
- F-gas certification is preferred but not required—training is available
