What you’ll do
As a Maintenance mechanic, you'll help keep advanced logistics systems and machinery running reliably. The facility includes ambient, chilled, and frozen storage zones — so you'll need to be comfortable working in varying temperatures. From troubleshooting mechanical issues to assisting with installations, your work is essential to keeping the warehouse operations seamless.

Key tasks include:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on logistics and cold-storage equipment
• Troubleshooting mechanical and minor electrical faults (with support from senior technicians if needed)
• Assisting with the installation and commissioning of new systems and machinery
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
• Collaborating with both technical and warehouse teams
• Participating in occasional standby shifts (with extra pay)

What you bring

• Experience or education in mechanical engineering, automotive technology, electrical systems, or similar
• Interest in logistics technology and automation
• Practical, hands-on approach and willingness to learn
• Basic electrical knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in English; Dutch at B1 level or higher is a strong advantage
• Physically comfortable working in chilled environments (cold rooms and freezer zones)
