(Junior / medior / senior) Maintenance Technician – Day Shift | Amsterdam Area (North) | €3,700 - €5,100
No on-call duties. Just technical variety every day.
For a modern and international production company in Amsterdam (North), I'm looking for an experienced Maintenace Technician who enjoys working in a clean environment, prefers stable working hours (08:00 – 16:00), and takes pride in deep technical maintenance.
You’ll be working at a facility that processes high-quality raw materials for the paper and plastics industry, among others.
What will you be doing?
As a mechanical technician, you’re responsible for the maintenance, overhaul, and optimization of mechanical installations in an industrial production environment.
- Performing maintenance and inspections on pumps, pipelines, fans, valves, bearings, and gearboxes
- Troubleshooting mechanical failures (in collaboration with the electrical team when needed)
- Carrying out overhaul work on rotating equipment
- Contributing to structural improvements and safety
- Logging all work activities in the maintenance system
This is a day shift role only – no evenings, no on-call work. Just clarity and peace in your schedule.
Who are you?
- You hold an MBO level 3 or 4 diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
- You have experience working as a technician in a production or process environment
- You work independently, pay attention to detail, and value safety
