Due to continued growth in the Amsterdam area, we’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to strengthen the Automated Warehouse Division.
The role
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll keep advanced automated warehouse systems running at peak performance. You’ll carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, resolve technical malfunctions, and actively contribute to process and performance improvements.
What you’ll do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated systems based on maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues.
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement optimizations to enhance reliability.
- Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues about maintenance progress and outcomes.
What you bring
- MBO Level degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical engineering
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with complex automated or industrial systems.
- Basic knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens S7 experience preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and VCA Basic (or willingness to obtain it).
- Analytical, proactive, and hands-on mindset.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Good command of English and motivation to learn Dutch.
