We are looking for a mechanic who loves working with machines, enjoys tinkering, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty to keep our production lines running smoothly.
The role
As a mechanic / maintenance technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving our cookie production lines. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, fix breakdowns, and help ensure everything runs efficiently. No two days are the same!
You’ll also help with general maintenance tasks, including cleaning machines and keeping the production area tidy, we believe a clean factory is a well-running factory.
What you’ll do

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.

Assist with machine cleaning and basic upkeep.

Identify opportunities to improve machine performance and reliability.

Work in shifts to keep production running smoothly.
What you bring

Technical background (mechanical, electromechanical, or similar).

Enjoy working hands-on with machines and tools.

Flexible attitude, willing to work shifts.

Proactive, curious, and willing to learn.

Team player with good communication skills.

Basic English; Dutch is a plus.
