Imagine being part of creating advanced chocolate and cocoa processing machines that are used globally in food production. Our client designs and manufactures high-precision food process automation machinery for chocolate, cocoa, and confectionery production.

We are looking for an Assembly Technician who enjoys working with complex food-grade machinery, assembling, aligning, and fine-tuning precision systems.

Your responsibilities

• Assemble, adjust, and test high-tech food processing machines
• Work from mechanical drawings, schematics, and detailed assembly instructions
• Install components such as gearboxes, motors, conveyors, pumps, and hydraulic units
• Detect and resolve mechanical issues in cooperation with engineering and quality teams
• Safely handle heavy and precise components using lifting equipment and workshop tooling
• Support commissioning, factory acceptance tests, and start-up at customer sites
• Contribute to continuous improvement of assembly techniques and product quality

• Competitive salary up to €3,800 gross per month, depending on experience

Your profile

• MBO+ in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Technology
• Experience in food processing machinery, cacao/chocolate equipment, or industrial machine assembly
• Strong mechanical insight; knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is a plus
• Comfortable working with tight tolerances and precision components
• Hands-on, quality-focused, and takes responsibility for complex assemblies
• Good command of English or Dutch
