We are looking for a hands-on Machine Builder / Assembly Mechanic who loves working with technology and wants to assemble complex, high-tech machinery from the ground up. You will work in a clean, modern workshop with a high level of freedom, diverse projects, and an international team of technical specialists.
This innovative engineering company designs and builds advanced machinery that recreates real-life experiences through cutting-edge mechanical and mechatronic engineering. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their workshop team.
A task with a lot of freedom, this is not average job on the assembly line. This is bigger than that!
Your role
As a Machine Builder, you assemble complex, high-tech systems piece by piece using technical drawings, like building with life-size technical LEGO.
You will:
• Assemble and dismantle large, complex mechatronic systems and heavy machinery
• Work with mechanical components, structures, drives, and precision parts
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical technical drawings
• Use tools, lifting equipment, and materials safely and professionally
• Collaborate closely with engineers, electricians, and technical colleagues
• Support service engineers with preparation, testing, and maintenance
• Occasionally assist with installations at international customer locations

• Salary up to €3,500 gross per month (depending on experience)
• 25 vacation days + 13 ADV days (full-time)

What you bring
• Experience in machine building, heavy machinery assembly, fine mechanics, or mechatronics
Education in Mechanical engineering, technical or similar
• Ability to read and work independently from technical schematics and drawings
• Strong mechanical insight and hands-on mentality
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and structured working style
• Motivation to learn and grow in a high-tech environment
• Good command of English or Dutch
• Willingness to occasionally travel internationally is a plus
