Mechatronics Assembly Technician
Location: De Kwakel, Netherlands
Are you ready to work on high-tech motion platforms used in simulators and theme park attractions? As a Mechatronics Assembly Technician, you will help build advanced electromechanical systems that are used worldwide — from Europe to the United States and Asia. A role where technology, precision and innovation come together.
What will you do?
In this role you will assemble electromechanical motion platforms and force-feedback systems. You will work with both small precision parts and large components weighing over 1,000 kg, always with a strong focus on quality and safety.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assembling mechanical and electrical components based on technical drawings
- Building electromechanical motion platforms and systems
- Testing and verifying the functionality and safety of assembled systems
- Working on a variety of projects such as aviation simulators and attraction platforms
- Contributing to continuous improvement of assembly processes
There is also the opportunity to travel internationally to support installation projects, for example in the United States or Asia, together with a local team.
What we offer
- Salary indication: €2,500 – €3,700 gross per month (depending on experience)
- 1-year contract for 32–40 hours per week, with the intention of a permanent position
- 25 vacation days + 13 ADV days (based on full-time employment)
- Training and development opportunities toward Senior Technician, Workshop Supervisor or Work Planner
- Opportunity to gain international installation experience

What we expect from you
- Technical education in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical assembly role
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
- Accurate, quality-focused and motivated to work on advanced technology
- Good command of Dutch and English
