We are looking for an Assembly Technician Mechatronics to join an innovative high-tech manufacturing company. You'll work on unique, customer-specific machines that combine mechanical engineering, electronics, pneumatics, and motion technology. From the first component to the final test, you'll play a key role in building advanced systems used in demanding industrial applications.
Your role
As an Assembly Technician Mechatronics, you'll be responsible for assembling complete high-tech machines and modules in a modern production environment. Working from detailed technical drawings and assembly instructions, you'll ensure every system meets the highest standards of quality and precision.
You'll collaborate closely with engineers, test technicians, and fellow assembly specialists to deliver machines ready for commissioning.

What will you do?
- Assemble complete mechatronic machines, modules, and precision components
- Perform mechanical, electromechanical, and pneumatic assembly work
- Interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions, and 3D models
- Install motors, linear guides, sensors, drives, and other machine components
- Perform alignment, adjustment, and calibration of mechanical systems
- Inspect assembled machines and verify dimensional accuracy
- Identify assembly issues and contribute to technical improvements
- Support functional testing and commissioning of finished machines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
What are we looking for?
- MBO Level 3 or 4 in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar technical field
- Experience as an Assembly Technician, Mechanical Technician, Machine Builder, or Mechatronics Technician
- Experience reading technical drawings and assembly documentation
- Good mechanical insight and experience with precision assembly
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and pneumatic systems is an advantage
- Quality-driven with excellent attention to detail
- Hands-on, proactive, and eager to solve technical challenges
- Good communication skills in English (Dutch is an advantage)
