Job Description
Turn your passion for software into an international engineering career
Have you recently graduated in computer science, software engineering or another technical discipline?
Do you enjoy programming, solving technical puzzles and understanding how software interacts with hardware?
This is your opportunity to join a global high-tech company that develops advanced industrial automation solutions used by manufacturers worldwide.
This isn't a traditional IT helpdesk role. You'll become a technical specialist supporting cutting-edge industrial systems, combining software, automation and hardware. Every challenge is different, giving you the opportunity to continuously learn and grow.
No experience with our products? No problem. You'll start with an intensive 4 to 8-week training programme at our international training academy, where you'll gain all the technical knowledge needed to become an expert.
Your challenge

Your responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support for advanced industrial software and automation systems.
- Troubleshooting software, communication and hardware integration issues.
- Recreating customer environments in our technical lab to identify and resolve technical problems.
- Working closely with R&D, product management and engineering to improve products and customer solutions.
- Supporting customers through remote diagnostics, testing and technical consultation.
- Giving product demonstrations and technical training to colleagues and customers.
- Supporting new product launches and occasionally travelling within Europe.

- Experience with or knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, C++ or similar is a strong advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Fluency in English. Additional European languages are a plus.
- A valid driver's licence.
- You already have the legal right to work in Belgium (visa sponsorship is unfortunately not available).
