Your next step in mechanical engineering

Our client is a professional international machine builder specialising in complete intralogistics solutions for companies at Schiphol. They don't just build individual machines — they deliver the complete solution, including machinery, systems and technical installations.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Mechanic with at least 2–3 years of relevant experience who wants to develop within a growing organisation.

You will work on the assembly, installation and commissioning of mechanical systems and machinery. Together with mechanics, engineers and technicians, you will build and install systems that keep large-scale logistics operations running.

What will you do?

• Assemble and install mechanical machinery and systems.

• Work with conveyors, drives, gearboxes and other mechanical components.

• Read and work from technical drawings.

• Align, adjust and test machinery.

• Solve mechanical issues during assembly and commissioning.

• Carry out repairs and modifications where required.

• Work closely with engineers and electrical/automation technicians.

• Contribute to safe, high-quality and efficient installations.

What do we expect?

• 2–3 years of relevant mechanical experience.

• Experience in machine building, mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance or a similar environment.

• Able to read technical drawings.

• Practical, reliable and solution-oriented.

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

• Motivated to develop your technical skills.

Experience with intralogistics, conveyors or automated machinery is an advantage.
