Workshop Mechanical Engineer Technician | Assembly & Maintenance

Do you enjoy assembling advanced machines, love hands-on work, and want to work with high-tech industrial systems?

As an  Mechanical Technician, you will work in the workshop building and maintaining cutting-edge machines and mechanical systems. The company specializes in precision gearboxes, high-tech propulsion and motion systems, and other complex industrial machinery. They handle every step from assembly to final testing, ensuring every system meets exacting standards. Each project is unique, so careful attention to detail and collaboration with clients are key.

Your tasks will include:

• Assembling high-tech machines, precision gearboxes, and installing advanced hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Performing repairs, maintenance, and overhauls on complex machines, focusing on hydraulic and mechanical operations.
• Inspecting and periodically testing systems to ensure optimal performance.
• (Optional) Commissioning machines at client locations, both locally and internationally.
• Following the highest safety standards as part of a team of technicians working on advanced systems worldwide.

What we offer:

• Starting salary up to €3850 gross per month, depending on experience (excluding bonus and allowances).
• International allowances on top of your base salary for overseas projects.

What we expect from you:

• Completed technical education (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics or Electrical)
• (Preferred) Experience with high-tech mechanical installations (gearboxes, precision machinery, advanced hydraulic systems).
• A hands-on technician with experience in assembly and precision mechanical work.
• Proficiency in Dutch or English,
• (Optional) Willingness to travel internationally.

Where will you work?
You will be based in Uithoorn, at a company known for designing and building high-tech industrial machines. The branch in Uithoorn has around 50 employees and is part of a global network of over 100,000 professionals, recognized worldwide for precision engineering and innovative solutions.
