Junior International High Tech Engineer

This isn't just a support role; it’s a career-launchpad where you bridge the gap between sophisticated engineering and practical, industrial solutions. No niche experience in sensors? No problem. We provide a rigorous 4–6 week intensive academy to get you up.

Your Day-to-Day Impact

• Strategic Consulting: You are the technical backbone for the European sales teams, answering high-level questions on system integration and product viability.
• Hands-on Problem Solving: When a client hits a wall, you’ll use the on-site lab to replicate environments and engineer a fix. You'll handle troubleshooting via video, email, and direct consultation.
• Knowledge Leadership: You won’t just use the tech; you’ll teach it. You will train incoming Sales Engineers and lead high-impact product demonstrations.
• European Jet-setting: Expect to spend about 30% of your time traveling across Europe to assist with product launches and provide on-site expertise.

Are You the Right Fit?

We are looking for proactive "fixers" who love to dismantle a problem and explain the solution in plain English.

• Educational Background: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field (Engineering, Physics, etc.).
• Career Stage: You are either a fresh graduate or have up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Communication: You are fluent in English (additional European languages are a massive bonus).
• Geography: You already live in the Mechelen/Brussels area or are ready to move (full relocation support is available!)
