About the role

Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who keeps production running? Do you enjoy working in a close-knit team with international roots, where your impact is visible every day?

For our technical department, we are looking for a Maintenance technician and troubleshooter who ensures machines and installations are always operating at their best.

No two days are the same, you are the technical backbone of the operation.

 

Your role

As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for the technical reliability and availability of machines and installations. You play a key role in both daily operations and continuous improvement within production.

 

Your responsibilities

• Ensure maximum uptime of machines and installations
• Perform preventive maintenance and resolve breakdowns quickly
• Support operators and restore equipment to optimal performance
• Troubleshoot faults and carry out inspections
• Identify and implement technical improvements
• Contribute to maintenance strategies (preventive & corrective)

 

What you bring

• MBO level in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus
• Strong electrical knowledge (mechanical knowledge is a plus)
• Structured and able to keep overview in a dynamic environment
• Hands-on, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
• Good command of Dutch and/or English

• Salary up to €4,300 gross per month (depending on experience)
