For our technical department, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician & Troubleshooter who keeps machines, installations, and production processes running at peak performance. No two days are the same, you are the technical backbone of the operation.

Your role

As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for the reliability, availability, and performance of machines and technical installations.

You play an important role not only in solving breakdowns, but also in improving processes and preventing future issues.

You’ll work closely with operators and colleagues in production to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

What will you do?

• Ensure maximum uptime of machines and installations
• Perform preventive maintenance and resolve breakdowns quickly
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults
• Support operators and restore equipment to optimal performance
• Carry out inspections and technical checks
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement technical solutions
• Contribute to preventive and corrective maintenance strategies

What are we looking for?

You are practical, technically skilled, and enjoy taking ownership in a dynamic production environment.

• MBO-level education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar
• Experience within production or manufacturing is a plus
• Strong electrical knowledge (mechanical experience is an advantage)
• Structured and able to keep overview under pressure
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Good communication skills in Dutch and/or English
