The role

Do you enjoy working with your hands and want to learn everything about technical systems, from packaging lines to climate cells and lab equipment? Then this is your chance to develop yourself in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As a Maintenance & Troubleshoot Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting advanced packaging and logistics systems, driven by PLCs. You’ll also perform preventive maintenance, support new installations, and contribute to improvement projects.

You will start under the guidance of a senior technician, gaining on-the-job training across a wide range of systems. Step by step, you’ll take on more responsibility. Every day is different, from production halls to laboratories and climate-controlled rooms.

Your responsibilities

• Operating, maintaining, and optimizing packaging and production equipment
• Performing preventive maintenance and minor repairs
• Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues (training provided)
• Assisting with technical upgrades and improvement projects
• Contributing to a safe, clean, and efficient working environment

What you bring

• A completed MBO degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Knowledge of PLC systems is a plus (willing to learn more)
• Proactive and eager to learn, flexible and stress-resistant
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Fluent in English and motivated to further develop your Dutch.

• A salary up to €3.800 gross per month (depending on experience)
