This is your opportunity to launch your career as a Field Service Engineer. In this role, you will blend hands-on engineering, innovation and independent work while servicing state-of-the-art packaging equipment, X-ray inspection units, industrial weighing systems and complete production lines.
You will support leading clients throughout the Rotterdam, Zeeland and North Brabant regions. Your day starts from home, travelling in your own fully equipped service vehicle.
Your key responsibilities
- Installing, configuring and commissioning advanced packaging and inspection technologies
- Performing scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
- Implementing software updates and carrying out technical improvements
- Advising customers on optimal machine usage and maintenance practices
- Providing basic instructions and training sessions to operators and technical staff
Your journey begins with an extensive technical training programme: partly hosted abroad (including Prague),ensuring you gain in-depth knowledge of all systems.
Who you are
- You hold an MBO diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering
- You enjoy working independently, have a strong service mindset and think in solutions
- You are willing to travel within the region and occasionally take part in on-call rotations
- You can speak and understand Dutch at a minimum B level
