Our client designs and manufactures advanced motion platforms for simulation and entertainment systems worldwide. Their technology combines large-scale mechanical structures, hydraulics, and precision assemblies.
To support continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Assembly Technician who enjoys working on complex, high-tech machinery from one-off builds to small-series production.
Your responsibilities
- Assemble, align, and fine-tune high-tech mechanical constructions and precision assemblies
- Work from complex mechanical drawings, exploded views, and tight tolerances
- Assemble systems including linear guides, bearings, gearboxes, actuators, and hydraulic components
- Detect and resolve mechanical issues during assembly in collaboration with engineering
- Safely handle heavy and precise components using lifting equipment and workshop tooling
- Support commissioning and service engineers during international installation and start-up projects
- Contribute to continuous improvement of assembly methods and build quality

Your profile
- MBO+ education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Technology
- Several years of experience in heavy industry, high-tech machine assembly, CNC machinery, or industrial equipment
- Strong mechanical insight; experience with hydraulics and pneumatics is an advantage
- Accustomed to working with tight tolerances and precision components
- Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings independently
- Hands-on, quality-driven, and comfortable taking responsibility for complex assemblies
- Good command of English or Dutch
