Service Engineer Packaging Machines
Imagine this: in the morning you step into your well-equipped service van, on your way to a customer where a packaging line has come to a halt. What will you do?
As a Service Engineer, you are the link between technology and customer satisfaction. You install, maintain, and repair advanced packaging machines for various customers in the graphic industry. You work independently, have frequent customer contact, and no day is the same.
Your responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and maintaining packaging machines on site
- Diagnosing and resolving technical malfunctions
- Performing scheduled service visits and inspections
- Advising customers on optimal use and maintenance
- Developing customized solutions for specific customer needs

What do we ask from you?
- An diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, industrial automation or similar
- Driver’s license B
- Experience in maintenance of machines would me good
- A customer-oriented and solution-focused attitude
- Willing to learn more about special packaging machines
- Independence and flexibility
- Good communication skills
