Now imagine doing the same, but instead of a puzzle, you are building advanced race car simulation systems used for driver training, performance analysis, and cutting-edge motorsport development.

For an innovative engineering company working at the intersection of motorsport, entertainment, aviation and high-end simulation technology, we are looking for a mechanical technician who enjoys precision assembly, complex mechanical systems, and building high-performance simulator hardware. Every system is unique, and every build is a technical challenge.

Your role

You will work in a modern workshop environment where mechanics, engineers, and software specialists collaborate to create highly realistic simulation platforms that replicate real-world racing dynamics.

Each project involves custom-built mechanical structures, motion systems, steering assemblies, pedal systems, and precision mounting solutions. No two simulators are the same, so your work remains varied and technically engaging.

What you bring

• Technical background in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or similar
• Experience in precision assembly, machine building, or complex mechanical systems
• Ability to read and work independently from technical drawings
• Strong hands-on mentality and mechanical insight
• High attention to detail and quality mindset
• Good command of English (Dutch is a plus)

• Salary up to €3,500 gross per month, depending on experience
• 25 vacation days + 13 ADV days (full-time)
