We are looking for a Junior Assembly Technician to join an innovative high-tech machine builder. You will assemble unique, customer-specific machines used by leading international companies.

 

Working alongside experienced technicians, you'll learn how to build complex systems that combine mechanics, mechatronics, pneumatics, and motion technology.

 

No extensive experience? No problem. If you have a technical education, a hands-on mentality, and the motivation to learn, we'll provide the training you need.

 

Your role

As a Junior Assembly Technician, you'll work in a modern workshop where you'll assemble high-tech machines and subassemblies using technical drawings and work instructions.

 

You'll receive guidance from experienced colleagues while gradually taking on more responsibility as your skills develop.

Every project is different, giving you the opportunity to continuously learn new technologies and build a strong technical foundation.

 

What you'll do

• Assemble mechanical and mechatronic machine modules
• Build complete high-tech machines from technical drawings
• Install motors, sensors, linear guides, and mechanical components
• Perform mechanical alignment and adjustments
• Assist with basic electrical and pneumatic assembly
• Inspect assembled components for quality and accuracy
• Support machine testing and commissioning
• Work closely with engineers and experienced assembly technicians
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace

What we're looking for

• MBO Level 3 or 4 in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar technical field
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of technical assembly experience
• Able to read or willing to learn technical drawings
• Hands-on mentality with strong mechanical interest
• Eager to learn and develop within a high-tech environment
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)

• Starting salary from €3,200 gross per month, depending on your education and experience
