Job Description

Do you have electrical knowledge, enjoy working with your hands, and want to learn how industrial machines work? Looking for a company that invests in your development and gives you the opportunity to grow? Then this could be the perfect next step in your technical career!

For an international company specialized in beverages, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician who is eager to learn and develop.

Imagine working in a modern production environment where machines run every day to produce and package beverages for consumers. Behind every production line is a team of technicians making sure everything runs smoothly. When a machine stops, you help find out what went wrong. When equipment needs maintenance, you get hands-on and help keep the production process running.

You already have a technical foundation and some electrical knowledge. Now, you want to put that knowledge into practice and learn more. You don't need to know everything from day one. Experienced technicians will teach you how the machines work, share their knowledge, and help you become more confident and independent in your role.

The company values people who are curious, practical, and willing to learn. Communication is open and flexible, so you can ask questions, share ideas, and learn from the people around you.

What will you do?

As a Junior Maintenance Technician, you will work alongside experienced colleagues to keep production machinery and bottling lines running reliably. You will learn on the job, gradually take on more responsibility, and develop your technical skills every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out preventive maintenance on production machinery and bottling lines.

  • Helping diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and supporting repairs.

  • Learning how to inspect, maintain, and improve industrial equipment.

  • Working closely with operators and technicians to prevent production downtime.

You won't be left to figure everything out on your own. Your colleagues will guide you, explain how the equipment works, and help you understand not only how to fix a problem, but also how to prevent it from happening again.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a technical foundation, a practical mindset, and the motivation to learn. You might be at the beginning of your career, recently graduated, or looking for an opportunity to develop further in industrial maintenance.

What matters most is your attitude. You enjoy understanding how things work, aren't afraid to get your hands dirty, and are motivated to become a better technician.

You bring:

  • A completed MBO level 2, 3, or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar technical field.

  • Basic electrical knowledge and a genuine interest in machinery and technology.

  • A strong willingness to learn and develop your practical maintenance skills.

  • A genuine motivation to learn Dutch and continuously improve your language skills.

  • A hands-on mentality and a logical approach to solving technical problems.

  • An open communication style and the confidence to ask questions when you need help.

  • The ability to work well with colleagues and learn from experienced technicians.

  • A responsible approach to safety, quality, and teamwork.

You don't need years of experience. If you have the right technical foundation and the motivation to learn, the team is ready to help you develop.

What do we offer?

This is more than just a maintenance job. It is an opportunity to build a technical career in a company where you can learn from experienced professionals and gradually grow into a skilled technician.

  • Experienced colleagues who will teach you: learn how the machines work and develop your technical knowledge step by step.

  • Practical, hands-on experience: put your electrical knowledge into practice in a real production environment.

  • Room to develop: gain new skills, take on more responsibility, and grow at your own pace.

  • A supportive team: work in an environment where open communication, asking questions, and sharing knowledge are encouraged.

  • An international working environment: become part of a company specialized in beverages.

  • Career development opportunities: build a strong foundation for a long-term career in industrial maintenance.

  • A competitive salary: based on your education, knowledge, and experience.

Ready to take the next step?

Maybe you have just finished your technical education. Maybe you already know the basics of electrical engineering but haven't yet had the opportunity to work extensively with industrial machinery.

You don't have to be the finished product. You just need the motivation to become one.

If you enjoy working with your hands, want to learn from experienced technicians, and are genuinely motivated to improve your technical skills and Dutch language ability, we would love to hear from you.
