Keep production running with your technical skills
Are you a Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical background who enjoys troubleshooting and solving technical problems? Do you like finding the cause of a fault and getting machines running again quickly?
For a modern manufacturing company, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician who enjoys working in a hands-on, automated production environment. You will work with electrical installations, sensors, motors, drives, PLC-controlled machinery, and other production equipment.
You will join a family-oriented company with an international working environment, where colleagues work closely together and your technical knowledge is valued. English is required; Polish is a nice plus.
What will you do?
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and technical faults on production machinery
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Work with motors, sensors, frequency drives, control panels, and PLC-controlled equipment
- Find the root cause of technical problems and prevent recurring failures
- Support production and minimize machine downtime
- Read and work from electrical drawings and schematics
- Help with improvements, new equipment, and technical projects
- Work closely with operators and other maintenance technicians
- Make sure equipment is safe, reliable, and ready for production
What are we looking for?
- Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Maintenance, or similar
- Experience as a Maintenance Technician, Electrical Technician, Service Technician, or similar
- A strong electrical background and good troubleshooting skills
- Experience in an industrial or production environment
- Basic knowledge of PLCs and industrial automation
- Able to read electrical drawings
- Practical, independent, and solution-oriented
- Good communication skills in English
- Polish is a nice advantage
